Return & Refund
All items sold at mccexclusive.com are sale items and can only, therefore, be returned and refunded within 7 days, given that the items received are faulty or damaged.
- Please be aware that we can only do return and refund to all items bought at MCC Exclusive Sale.
- Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Product specification (e.g. size, color, model) is incorrect.
- Other quality issues (e.g. stains, discolorations, fades, etc.)
- Incorrect item received by the customer
- Returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- Customer request for change of size, color, or model different from the ordered item
- For returns, you may contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be the one to process your refund.
- Once your return is approved, we will issue your refund through either of the following:
- Store credits - which you can use for future purchases. This will be issued within 1 day.
- Original payment method - five (5) to fifteen (15) business days for credit card, or up to 45 days for debit card.
- Bank Deposit - For COD purchases only. Processing time of 7 business days.
