Return & Refund

All items sold at mccexclusive.com are sale items and can only, therefore, be returned and refunded within 7 days, given that the items received are faulty or damaged.

  1. Please be aware that we can only do return and refund to all items bought at MCC Exclusive Sale.
  2. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
    • Product received is damaged or defective.
    • Product specification (e.g. size, color, model) is incorrect.
    • Other quality issues (e.g. stains, discolorations, fades, etc.)
    • Incorrect item received by the customer
  3. Returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:
    • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
    • Customer request for change of size, color, or model different from the ordered item
  4. For returns, you may contact our customer service team at shop@mccexclusive.com and they will be the one to process your refund.
  5. Once your return is approved, we will issue your refund through either of the following:
    • Store credits - which you can use for future purchases. This will be issued within 1 day.
    • Original payment method - five (5) to fifteen (15) business days for credit card, or up to 45 days for debit card.
    • Bank Deposit - For COD purchases only. Processing time of 7 business days.
